INGREDIENTS
12 oz. Escalloped apples
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 cups Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
9 Crepes
1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp. Chopped pecans, toasted
DIRECTIONS
- If frozen, thaw escalloped apples in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
- On medium speed, beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread 1 tbsp mixture down center of each crepe; top with about 2 tbsp escalloped apples. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a serving dish.
- Stir cinnamon into remaining cream cheese mixture; dollop over filled crepes, and sprinkle with pecans
- Tip: Sautee apples in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and use warm. Garnish with warm apple mixture over sauce and Smucker's® Caramel PlateScapers®.
